Privacy

This page covers our website and the information practices give us to run their accounts. Patient records inside a practice's account are the practice's, and are governed by our Business Associate Agreement with that practice, not by this page.

What we collect

For each user: name, email, role and credential. For each practice: the practice's name, billing details from our payment processor (we never see full card numbers), and sign-in and usage logs used for security.

How we use it

To run and secure the service, bill the practice, and email account messages: sign-up, password resets, invites, trial and billing notices. We don't sell personal information and don't use advertising trackers.

Where it's kept

In the United States, encrypted, with the same safeguards as clinical records.

Your choices

A practice owner can correct users' details, turn accounts off, export everything and cancel. To ask about your information, contact us from inside the app or at the email on our website.
